That's why we believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated for their unique contributions. This spring, we organized an employee appreciation bowling event that went beyond just celebrating hard work. It was a moment to bring together individuals from various fields under one roof, fostering camaraderie, unity, and healthy competition. In our vast organization, where teams are dispersed across various domains, it's essential to create opportunities for interaction beyond work-related tasks. These events, such as the recent bowling tournament, not only serve as a platform for recognition but also as a powerful catalyst for building meaningful relationships across departments. They are a testament to our commitment to fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, where every individual's unique contribution is valued and celebrated. By planning and executing such activities thoughtfully, we not only acknowledge the efforts of our employees but also strengthen the fabric of inclusivity within our organization. These moments of togetherness, like the recent bowling event, are not just about celebrating hard work but also about fostering a sense of unity and appreciation for each other's unique contributions. They are the building blocks of our culture, paving the way for future collaboration and success, a culture we can all be proud of. I am only now posting about this event because I recently visited our Parks and Forestry Division during their workday and saw the tiny Hulk bowling trophy turned into something beautiful! A team comprised of Park employees won the bowling tournament. They repeatedly told me how much fun they had, and they took their win a step further by making the trophy more impressive and meaningful. So here you have it: A group of employees who somehow keep up with the maintenance of 60+ parks throughout the City of Green Bay are also incredibly creative and thoughtful individuals who created a trophy to be coveted. #EmployeeAppreciation #Inclusivity #Teamwork #CompanyCulture #GreenBayParksDivision

🔥 REPORT: Corporate team-building to feature paint 'n trip event 🔥 TYSONS CORNER - Looking to facilitate teamwork, group bonding and a department-wide descent into psychosis, the HR team at Omnitechtron has announced the organization's first-ever paint 'n trip event. "We tried paint 'n sip last year but that just led to too much sipping and Cassie ending up half-naked", said Chief People Officer Martha McCatlady, 57, "So this year, we thought we'd pair the paint with a DMT trip that sees our marketing team engage in a spirited jousting match with machine elves." Employees were excited about this announcement and forthcoming activity. "Seeing Carlos shivering in the corner after an episode of acute derealization will be amazing", said Dahlia Sadistico, 38, "Maybe then he'll realize my missing expense reports are just an illusion he conjured up in the matrix." At press time, the organization was also planning subsequent events that can't possibly go sideways, including axe throwing during annual reviews. #teambuilding #hr #humanresources #psychedelics
