I read in a course called "Diversity Recruiting" that organizations dedicated to diversity should integrate feminine language into their job descriptions. Terms like collaborative, supportive, and empathetic rather than active, outspoken and decisive can attract a more diverse talent pool. By using inclusive language, we break down barriers and build a more balanced and dynamic workforce. Small changes in language can lead to significant impacts on organizational diversity.
