Healthcare interoperability has come a long way, driven by the shift to electronic health records and frameworks like TEFCA. Standardizing data sharing, creating Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs), and integrating AI and NLP are transforming patient care. While barriers remain—like inconsistent data standards and the lack of a unique patient ID—innovations are streamlining data access and improving outcomes. Balancing patient data control with privacy is key. With ongoing advancements, healthcare is becoming more efficient, coordinated, and patient-centered. #HealthcareInteroperability #PatientCare #EHR #HealthTech #DataSharing #AIinHealthcare #HealthEquity #FHIR
