If you’re using one of these 3 methods to document your business processes You’re doomed. But it’s also kinda cute you still: - Use Google docs and then search for your SOPs until retirement. - Draft SOPs on Post It Notes on your computer so your pet can chew on them. - Scribble SOPs on the back of a napkin since it brings back nostalgia from your early biz days. So because you’re kind of funny for doing all that (and I like you) In the below video I share Step 2 of systematizing your growing business: The Knowledge Capture. It doesn’t involve Google docs, Post It Notes, napkins (or searching for docs with the NYPD). But I go over WHY capturing your business knowledge And turning it into SOPs for scale is super important, especially during growth.
