Unlock the Power of SOPs Have you established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your business? SOPs are step by step guides for a task or process. When you create SOPs for your business you produce the following: ✅ 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱: You don't have to remember everything. Document it and remove it from your brain storage and simply pull up the document the next time you need to perform the task or process (just remember where you saved it!) ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀: You're no longer the only person who knows how to do something. ✅ 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲: Maybe you aren't ready to do this, but 𝙉𝙊𝙒 is the best time to document your processes then you're all set when you are ready to delegate or automate your processes.
