𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟑𝟐 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬? ❌𝟏𝟎𝟗 not meeting requirements (even though they ticked yes) ❌𝟓𝟓 outside of country ❌𝟒𝟕 outside of industry (no experience within this field at all) ❌𝟏𝟎 who were being nosey (just wanted to find out who the client was) ✅𝟏𝟏 who fit the application requirements 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 = 3 submitted to client and all 3 being interviewed 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧: 10 x 15 minute calls with the nosey people 11 x 30-45 minute calls with relevant profiles 2 hours filtering totally irrelevant applicants So for one position for one client, this took around 1.5 days vetting. This doesn't take into consideration direct approaches, networking and other research activities. Imagine having 5-10 roles open at a time and hiring not being your sole focus of your day to day activities. This must be stressful, but that's why we work with you to alleviate you of the long slog and do the hard yards for you.
