I think by incorporating a high level of trust and transparency throughout any process with a client, this feedback should become natural step by step process.

Regular feedback throughout the process is critical. Don't be afraid to ask the difficult questions and be open to criticism/negative feedback. By gaining this feedback, it will produce a better quality of candidates that are more realigned to what the client needs.

❓A question to biotech hiring managers❓ When you're selecting a CRO/vendor for your study, do you go for the cheapest option and base your selection purely on the lowest price? The answer is probably, no. There are many factors that come in to play such as the vendors specialist area, reputation, evidence of past success in that service, global capabilities, synergy between organisations, the relationship and sense of confidence with the vendor, value etc. etc. Therefore it surprises me when the first question I am asked as a recruitment 'vendor' by hiring managers/HR is: "how much is your fee?" or "we only work with recruiters between X low-% to X low-%". I appreciate that 'more expensive' does not necessarily correlate to a better service, however choosing your recruitment partner purely based on the lowest fee is a dangerous move as it may cost you more in the long run.
