This is a really interesting read for anyone struggling to either find or retain #talent. The number of #AI generated CVs, covering letters and applications we receive is rapidly growing; thankfully we're adept at noticing the obvious tell-tale signs and will challenge when we believe the candidate has used AI in their application process. We agree with the #hiringmanagers noted in this article who "expressed concerns about AI-generated CVs, which can create challenges in assessing the true capabilities of applicants." Also highlighted in the article, is the obvious shortage of skilled/experienced workers, which is having a knock-on effect to the jump in "Salary Increase Requests" that hiring managers are reporting.
