🌺 Day 7 of 12 Days of Events: President’s Club with Demandbase One of my first projects with Demandbase was planning President’s Club, an exclusive event celebrating top-performing team members. As someone who loves crafting unique experiences and scouting amazing destinations, this event was a dream to work on! I happened to be vacationing in Hawaii shortly after starting the project, which gave me the perfect opportunity to visit properties on both Kauai and O‘ahu. Turtle Bay Resort on O‘ahu immediately stood out with its stunning remodel, sustainability efforts, and exceptional customer service. (Special shoutout to Jaclyn Schneider, CIS, our incredible sales manager!) Our goal for this event was to bring more structure than years prior while creating opportunities for team members to connect with key executives. Collaborating with the sales enablement team, we created an itinerary that balanced professional growth with meaningful celebration—all infused with the spirit of aloha. 🌟 Some Event Highlights - Welcome Drinks: An initial way to connect as well as make sure everyone made it! - Room Drop Welcome Bags: Personalized touches included YETI tumblers, embroidered towels, sunscreen and a bag to tote to the beach. - Breakfast Meeting: A focused session titled “Why the Best Are the Best,” sharing inspiration and insights from top performers. We wrapped the meeting by having attendees write a letter of thanks to their +1's thanking them for their support. Shout out to Whitney Sieck, CPTD® for the development of this session! - Pickleball Competition: The DB crew loves some pickleball so we reserved some courts for some optional play time. Why not have a full fledged bracket competition? - A Proper Luau (with a rainy pivot): While the weather brought the luau indoors, the event didn’t miss a beat. Tropical flowers, hula dancers, a local Hawaiian band, sunset photos and a fire dancer created an unforgettable evening. ✨ The Takeaway President’s Club was more than just an event; it was a moment to celebrate success, foster connection, and show gratitude to the people who supported the journey.
