1. Permits vary based on location and scope of the event, but we can definitely help guide you through that process here in Austin.
2. We are Insured with liability insurance!
3. The tent will be secured depending on the event site. We could use water barrels, stakes or anchors. We even have permanent anchors at some venues in the Austin area.
4. Accessibility- we can configure tents to meet accessibility needs. Please just let us know during our initial conversation and we will do our best to accommodate.
5. Rain Plans- Rain plans are so essential to venues or spaces that do not have a large enough indoor space for your guest count. Rain plans are like insurance. We require a 50% deposit to reserve the tent and the team for your date. Two weeks prior, you can decide to move forward and we retain the deposit or you can cancel and receive your deposit back. The final decision has to be made 48 hours from the time of set up and final payment is due at this time. Definitely have your tent provider explain as this policy varies depending on the company. Make sure you lock in your rain plans early on to not miss out on availability.
6. Power Needs- If your event requires heating or cooling, we can definitely help with that. You typically do need generators to support the AC units.
