Coming to you from the White House holiday party and here are the lessons I learned… Kidding. But I do want to encourage you to take the call. Schedule the coffee date. Build your network and always provide value to those around you. I’m the worst at taking my own advice and pausing to meet with people. But if I had never had coffee with Marian Dimaano a few years ago I dont think any of this would have ever happened. What an honor to be at the The White House holiday party and Biden’s final hurrah. Here's what going to the White House holiday party taught me about leadership. I'm just kidding. I'm not going to do one of those, but I am going to say take the coffee, take the meeting, network, provide value for your network, and it gets you invitations to just incredible places like this.
