Just finished "How to Design and Deliver Training Programs " by Jeff Toister! Got an understanding of settings training objectives, training design and implementation. But most importantly, this course gave a proper idea of situations when trainings are necessary (related to training need analysis) and if training is the required solution in a given situation. #trainingprogramdesign, #trainingdelivery.
