This is not an ordinary move by MS. It, in fact, should represent openly or behind the screen some significant strategy. MS have not chosen any other country in SEA, they were not particular about choosing an English Speaking country or natural talent pool ready availability or moderate cost of operation. India would be an all time choice but MS might have apprehensions about guaranteed availability of suitable infrastructure. Apart from India, few other possible choices may pose a high cost of operation. One thing I am sure about, for sometime now, outsourcing from MS Malaysia is necessary. If corresponding Government support is available, there could be some possibilities to comfortably lend a helping hand to MS. Please enjoy watching the unfolding scenario in the coming months and years.
