🚧 Modular Construction in Healthcare: A Game Changer? 🚧 With growing patient waiting lists and the ongoing demand for clinical space, modular buildings have emerged as a quick and scalable solution to help the NHS increase capacity and treat more patients. NHS Shared Business Services has invited bids for the rebooted framework, expected to come into force next summer. Since the existing framework was launched, 9 firms have dropped out or collapsed from the original 29 selected. It’s important to note that 9 modular firms have collapsed during the tender process.
