95% of teams can’t reach Kirkpatrick’s Level 4 and prove their impact. Why? The popularity of the Kirkpatrick Model can be attributed to its simplicity: 4 levels - each nicely stacking onto the next: 1) if they participate, they should like it! 2) if they like it, they’ll learn! 3) if they learn, they’ll do! 4) if they do, they’ll achieve!
