RNAscope (by ACDbio a Bio-Techne brand) and COMET (by Lunaphore a Bio-Techne brand) seminar at UMR 7365 CNRS-UL IMoPA in Nancy today. With RNAscope You can visualize ANY gene expression (in) ANY tissues/cells/organoïds/whole-mount (in) ANY species Especially when you don't have (reliable) antibodies for your targets of interest (cytokines, GPCR, ion channels, splice variants isoforms, point mutations, ASO, siRNA, miRNA, lncRNA...) and to validate in situ transcriptomic datas (qPCR, scRNAseq, spatial transcriptomic) at the cellular and subcellular resolution. COMET is the first universal, end-to-end, spatial biology solution enable researchers to visualize up to 40+ proteins on a single tissue sections at the subcellular resolution. It is also possible to detect up to 12mRNA by RNAscope and 20+ proteins on the same sample with the platform. #RNAscope #RNA #acd #comet #lunaphore #multiomics #spatialtranscriptomic #spatialproteomic #spatialbiology #codetection
