Congratulations on rolling out this episode Kushal Khandelwal ! Gourav, you shared some really valuable insights! I especially loved the talk about how a diverse background (before PMM) can be a strength. I noticed I'm even more empathetic with content marketing teams and MarCom in general due to my background. A Sales background like in your case Kushal Khandelwal is great for enabling the team and better understanding the pain points they have.
Loved this bit too! How both product management and product marketing when working independently and yet having that fine balance to complement each other, is a great take. Thanks for sharing this Gourav Sinha Kushal Khandelwal

1mo"PMM having equal seat on the table" - haha, that feels like a dream and will hit hard for a lot :) BTW, this is good content- Kushal Khandelwal and Gourav Sinha. I'm looking forward to when everyone recognizes that this function deserves its own space and isn't just a supporting function to be shuffled around among CMOs, CPOs, or, if all else fails, handed off to the COO.
