By using demographic and firmograohic weightings we can set up a lead scoring model that fits your unique needs. Tools such as HubSpot, Marketo and Pardot all have the ability to build out your lead scoring. By using lead scoring to MQL your leads the sales team is then able to prioritize which leads are most likely to move along the sales funnel based on their engagement. Are Automation Tools Losing Their Edge in Lead Generation? After spending hours split-testing various lead list tools like Clay, Trigify.io, Sales Navigator, and others, I’ve noticed a sharp decline in accept rates. With the increasing reliance on automation, it seems these tools are no longer delivering the same quality results. Recently, I shifted gears and began using LinkedIn search directly, and the difference was clear: better reach, more accurate data, and higher quality leads. I suspect LinkedIn might be limiting the data provided to third-party tools, which could explain the drop in performance. However, what I’ve realized over time is that LinkedIn outreach strategies are constantly evolving. Instead of chasing temporary hacks, we’ve been focusing on building more sustainable inbound systems for our clients—through strategic content creation and value-driven engagement. This approach has proven to be far more effective and long-lasting.
