At Rivenox - Global Consultancy we have a Rivenox Labs team made up of senior engineers, product managers and UIUX engineers. Their aim is ideation, presentation and Proof of Concept - it committee tests and promotes ideas, brings the concept to life in a one-pager outlining purpose, key benefits and who it is for, before moving into the creation of a backlog for the team to create a POC. At first, when the team brought me the idea of creating a Rivenox Labs team I was skeptical - we normally start at the output and work backwards yet they are here telling me the output will come later? Then I remembered a speech by a previous CEO who said he had to get comfortable working with people who are smarter than him. Every person around your table should know more about their role than you and your value add shouldn't be in trying to tell them how to do their job. So when I rationalised it like that and if my team tells me it is a good idea then I should listen. And I am glad I did. In the current pipeline, we are excited about an application - the kind where you've spent 20 years in Retail and e-commerce and think "How has this not been done before?" - where AI plays a natural role in improving the product and not some kind of afterthought or buzzword. We are looking to get a demoable POC in the next few months and it'll be first introduced to the Rivenox clients in closed presentations before being released to the open market and industry media. I've heard folks say, "Automations don't work in AI." Well, I'm happy to share that they do. Revelry and our StartUp Studio recently created and spun out ProdOps , an AI platform for product managers and delivery teams. After seeing the insane productivity gains PMs and engineers were getting, I refactored it to address the studio's ideation and validation process. Today the team gave me automated workflows. Each prompt output gets auto-injected into the next, taking an ideation process that is days long, and reducing it to less than 5 minutes. Totally nuts. Love what this team is building and have many plans to build a number of things on top of it, starting with "StudiOps". Do you want to process a new business idea or initiative super quick?
