When setting the 2024 OKRs, I plan to collaborate with Ngan on two key projects: 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 and 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀. Why these topics and why Ngan?
As an experienced recruiter, Ngan excels the 𝑠𝑒𝑙𝑒𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠 where she works closely with her candidates and stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of human resources for our company's projects. From clarifying job descriptions to sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting phone screenings, and fostering relationships with both candidates and stakeholders - Ngan consistently exceeds expectations and is ready to dive deep into a more strategic approach, particularly when it comes to the most exciting yet challenging aspect of the ℎ𝑖𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠: making offers.

That was Ngan and her journey with Offer Package Analysis project. 🙂 There are definitely moments in your career that push you out of your comfort zone, fostering growth. You’re no longer performing tasks out of habit without understanding the reasons behind your decisions and actions. Now, you’re challenged to upskill, think bigger, and work more efficiently.
After the satisfaction with first project, Ngan dove right into the Candidate Experience Survey project and is now keeping me on my toes with a series of follow-up projects. The pressure is on me now, haha! 😅
