TM Hyman, you consistently step out of comfort zones and inspire the rest of us to do the same. Your "kool" approach to #leadership - no, let's use the active verb, #leading - is changing lives, businesses and helping us jump out into new thinking. It is important on this #solarclipse day to decide what phenomenon may result. Thank you for always being one step ahead. And glad you like the book.
Grateful morning, family! Hope you had a productive weekend! Embrace the exhilarating thrill of stepping outside your comfort zone every single day. Make it your mantra to "do one thing daily that scares you." In the realm of the unknown lies boundless opportunity for growth, learning and self-discovery. Recently, I decided and committed to jump from a plane, 14,000 ft in the sky. I believe, by challenging yourself to confront your fears head-on, you unlock the door to a world of limitless possibilities and untapped potential. I’ve been in a “no chill” zone since I landed safe on my feet. Whether it's speaking up in a meeting, starting a new project, or reaching out to someone new, each small act of courage propels you further along the path to personal and professional fulfillment. Embrace the unknown, embrace the fear, and watch as you soar to new heights you never thought possible. Thank you 🧞♀️Genie Snyder Chamberlin, Ed.D., CSP for the kool book and unwaveringly support!

A tale of my two paths in business at my 1 year anniversary of being back on 𝕏 and LinkedIn. Once, I was the samurai – loyal, committed, answering to the mission of others. I played my role well, but the vision wasn’t my own. Then, everything changed. I became The Revenue Ronin – a masterless warrior, driven by MY purpose, MY rules. No safety net. Just the freedom (and responsibility) to carve my path. Here’s why I chose the life of a “Revenue Ronin” – a CMO without a leash, thriving on independence and relentless value creation. 🔽 The shift that made all the difference… Imagine the samurai as the classic loyal company man. He's got a boss – a feudal lord – who sets the direction and provides the resources. In return, the samurai delivers his skills, protects the assets, and plays his role with precision, bound by loyalty and duty. He's on a set path, within a structured system, and while he’s respected and capable, his journey is shaped by someone else’s mission. Now, enter the ronin. He’s a masterless samurai, a free agent. No boss, no safety net, and no one calling the shots but himself. Instead of being bound by a single employer, he answers to his own values, goals, and direction. A ronin is versatile, sharp, and driven by his own purpose. He’ll pick up new skills and adapt because his survival and success depend on it. The ronin mindset embraces independence, flexibility, and a readiness to forge his own path, thriving in environments where he defines the mission and the methods. In business, the samurai might be the in-house CMO or marketing director, while the ronin is the fractional CMO, the sales and marketing ronin, always seeking to bring value on his terms, unbound by any single allegiance. Thank you LinkedIn for joining me on this journey. 🥷 - The Revenue Ronin

Happy birthday blomitec!!! Five years ago we kicked off what would turn to be the most beautiful (professional) adventure of my life. Five years full of entrepreneurial roller coaster, with dizzying successes alternating with crushing failures, only to turn more successful after learning from our mistakes. I was blessed with the best colleagues I could dream of. I would like to thank each single person having joined the company and left a personal imprint in the future development. Here a five takeaways out of these five years as a founder: 1) Take care of your colleagues. This is hard, especially when you are working remotely, with higher risk of overlooking or misinterpreting distress signals. Working in a small company redefining itself on the fly while doing the work of an established team 10X it's size is so rewarding, but can be exhausting and overwhelming. 2) Select your customers wisely. Many individuals may be enthusiastic, but not have the power to make the project happen in their company. 3) Price carefully. Everything will cost you far more than you think. 4) You will receive tons of advice. Write everything down and weigh carefully what makes sense to you. 5)Embrace ups and downs. To paraphrase people wiser than me, see your company as a rolling egg. Don't worry which side is pointing up, as long as it doesn't stop.

Holysh*t, we just hit an 80K month. Creative Circle Collective has reached an incredible milestone: $80,000 in monthly revenue! 🎉 This journey has been wild, and I want to share some key insights: 1. Consistency is Key: Even on days when I’m not feeling it, I have to get up and run the business. It doesn’t matter if I’m stressed, the kids are sick, or it’s just a tough day. 🛌 ➡️ 🏃🏽♀️ Consistency is what keeps the momentum going. 2. Marathon, Not a Sprint: Running a business is a long-term commitment. 🏃🏽♀️ It’s about planting seeds, nurturing them, and investing time and effort consistently. 🌱🌿 3. Leverage Your Network: The connections you make will absolutely support you. 💬 I’m grateful for the amazing people in my network who push business my way, listen to my venting sessions, and believe in me even during tough times. 🤗 4. Trust Your Team: Trust is essential. 🙌 I have to rely on my team to execute our vision and deliver on our promises to clients. Trusting my team ensures that everything we produce reflects our core values and standards. 🎨✨ 5. Embrace Every Opportunity: Every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow. 🌟 Trust takes time, and mistakes will happen, but each experience helps build a stronger foundation. 💪 Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Here’s to many more milestones ahead! 🥂🎉
