Dive into Our Strategy. #GrowthHacks #SuccessStory 🚀 --- 1: 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿 01 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 Not all pipelines are equal. Some of our clients have low-budget → While others are looking for the whole package. Some close deals faster → While others might take months to close. When we start working with the client We just wanted to bring more leads and more deals. We didn’t look at the final revenue. Now, we decided to follow the Pareto law: → 80% of revenue comes from 20% of the clients. And you can find it in your CRM: ==> Filter your best deals by deal size ==> Identify the accounts that generate it ==> Build your Tier 01 ICP Focusing on the Tier 01 accounts was a BIG win. Then we went to work. --- 2. 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁, 𝗦𝗲𝘁 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 Once you identify your Tier 01 clients, You want to build the target account list. We ask these questions: ==> How many do you already have in your CRM? ==> What characteristics do they have? ==> How can we fill up the list with new data? Clarifying Tier 01 accounts was key. Once we have it, we want to set up the qualification criteria in HubSpot. We built it in the ABM platform and set up automation to notify the sales team when a high-value account arrives. ---- 3. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀 We use omnichannel marketing to generate +600 leads every month. But now we know that not all leads are the same. Now we have a system to identify the BEST leads, → And prioritize the sales teamwork. So we went to analyze all the channels: ==> We narrowed down our LinkedIn Ads targeting ==> We narrowed down our Google Ads keywords group ==> We Increase engagement with specific accounts ==> We created content that talks to our Tier 01’s We split all the “general” lead generation campaigns And built highly specific Tier 01 campaigns. SUPER IMPORTANT: It was all done in full collaboration with the sales team. —— 𝗪𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻'𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁. We were quite nervous because all our “Marketing” stats were getting worse: — Cost per lead increased — Cost per click increased — CPM increased We were thinking what excuses to give the clients… What makes us different is that we are fully connected to the client's CRM and revenue. We watched the new BIG deals coming in, and we relaxed. We got excited! We knew our GTM strategy, and OKR was right. Now, we had the numbers to support it.
