Celebrating their contributions can significantly boost their morale and motivation. 💇♀️ Comprehensive training: Salons should offer a structured training programme through an accredited apprenticeship training provider that covers both theoretical and practical aspects of hairstyling. Allowing apprentices to assist with real clients under supervision is vital for them to gain practical experience and build confidence.
