I can't echo this enough. The nature of #social platforms has changed. Hoarding followers who will rarely (Yes, "rarely" is used intentionally) see your content is not worth that much of your time. Hyper-focus on creating cut-through #content, and if it's good, you'll be rewarded with eyeballs. Those eyeballs are how to build your #brand with scale on social. And if you're still hiring influencers just from their follower count, take a look deeper at content engagement and reach. Adjust your hiring practices and KPIs accordingly. h/t Nick Miaritis

Facebook Ads: Pros and Cons from someone who has wasted thousands. Pros: - Ability to target specific audiences - Relatively inexpensive compared to traditional media - Wide reach with 2.8 billion+ active Facebook users Cons: - Steep learning curve - Constant algorithm changes (ugh!) - Platform saturation = high competition and ad fatigue - Limited text and image options So, how do you navigate this? My advice: 1) Look beyond Facebook - Instagram - Google ads - LinkedIn 2) Test, test, test - No one-size-fits-all approach 3) Monitor ROI - Don’t count vanity metrics (likes, comments, shares) - Use the right metrics to measure success Overall, Facebook ads can be a powerful tool. But don't rely on them as your sole marketing strategy.
