Picture a healthcare solution that positively impacts both employer savings and employee well-being. In my years of consulting, I’ve not seen many accomplish both—one often comes at a cost to the other. Narrow networks and care nav make operational sense but fail to engage employees, leaving employers to cost-shift. This negatively impacts the employee every time. Last week, I joined Tobias Kennedy of The H.I.T. Podcast to discuss how both employers and employees win with Garner’s incentive-driven model. Part 2 of that conversation has dropped, with more on how: - We get 45% of employees to engage - It lowers the cost of care by 27% per episode - Employers reduce plan spend by 12% Watch the conversation here: https://lnkd.in/eCzYK8_p

Great conversation and as broad access PPO's have failed to control costs and the idea of narrow networks can be scary for employers; this is an interesting alternative to accomplish steerage in a way employees respond to. Well done Kirk Czonstka and hope we can do a 3x3x3 Challenge soon.
