Investments in school employee wellness can reduce school system costs, foster positive working conditions, and improve outcomes for students. However, traditional approaches to wellness are often limited to physical and mental health and frequently focus exclusively on teachers, which limits the potential of school system investments to promote equitable and sustainable wellness for all school employees. Child Trends has released a new toolkit that school systems can use to ensure that all employees experience wellness at work. Development of the toolkit was funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. #kidihealth #school #schoolleadership #schoolmanagement
