1 step I would take if I were building a 7-figure Ecommerce store from scratch? (A founder asked me) My answer in 5 steps: 1. I would reach out to Fery Kaszoni's PR team 2. Get on a call with their team 3. Explain brand goals 4. Agree on expectations 5. Run a PR campaign Your goal is to get sales -> repeated sales. You need sales from traffic and a transactional audience. Digital social proof increases conversions. ----- Here's why you need to work on them. 1. You shouldn't just build PR for the sake of it Speak to a credible PR team. I know Fery's team deliver results. They have 100s of case studies for helping brands with links. 2. Clarity moves mountains A 10-minute call can deliver a lot more value than 9 emails. Communicate on what you want to get bigger results. 3. Explain your goals You need to understand 'why' you're doing PR. Explain your brands: - goals - target audience - the outcome you want from PR. This will be 10x clarity with your PR campaign. 4. Expectations from the start You need to set clear expectations. NEVER buy a PR campaign and expect 1000s of links. Fery will set clear expectations. 5.
