Feeling a little sad as i leave the wonderful EnergyLab building at UTS' Blackfriars campus for the last time. They'll be moving to new digs in Haymarket in December. It has been a great place to grow an entrepreneur support organization that is going from strength to strength. Congrats on all you've achieved there - can't wait to see the new place in 2025 and what's next Megan Fisher Luke Vanderzeil Piers Grove Nick Lake James Tilbury Kirk McDonald Will Dwyer Beryl Visser et al. Shine on!
Can't wait for your next visit in 2025 Danny Kennedy! One door closes, another one opens ;)
This is where Everty's journey started and we were there from day 1 seeing EnergyLab evolve. Amazing what the team has achieved and the impact you have made on the climate tech startup ecosystem. I can't wait to see your success in the next 8 years!
We'll also be sad to see the moustache go.
Sad indeed Danny Kennedy, but a new year means a new exciting start in a NEW office 🎉
Funny story - Back in the day I went to Blackfriars when it was a school
Loving the steampunk tash! Oh and obviously all the serious work you do!
Are you back in Sydney ??
End of an era!

3wI agree Danny it's been such an amazing home for EnergyLab over the last 8 years - a place where yourself, Piers Grove, Nick Lake and James Tilbury started building the clean energy and climate tech startup ecosystem in Australia. And you couldn't ask for a building with more character. Big shoutout to Stuart White and UTS Institute for Sustainable Futures and Glenn Wightwick for your support and partnership.
