Why does it make perfect sense to partner with a recruitment company?🤝 Even if you are just looking to fill a few small roles, even better if you are a start up.👇 As an establish recruitment company its always important for us to fully understand the "Ideal Candidate" This starts with a deep dive into our client's needs, even if you don't use a recruitment agency, its crucial to ask yourself and everyone involved in the hiring decision: What are we truly looking for? 😕 you can't include every detail in the job description, but the key requirements must be clear. This will ultimately result in a smoother hiring process. - Saving money and time - getting projects delivered sooner. Agencies can sift through the pipeline of candidates asking questions that are sometimes not appropriate to ask in an interview panel, we can really dig deep as to reasons candidates are on the market or have accepted the "Hunted" approach and will have a better chance of securing them to offer based on this deeper knowledge of what makes them tick. The hiring company have to change the way they write specs, as these are too templated and don't really allow the recruitment team or individual to gain any interest in the role - You can't find a good candidate fit for the role if they are not genuinely interested in the opportunity on offer. Recruitment agencies have access to strategic sourcing, casting our candidate net wider allowing us to significantly increase the candidate pool.
