Proud is the word. The eight startups in our second Social Impact Cohort (first early-stage group) graduated today, and I am simply speechless at what they've been able to accomplish in 3 months. Not one of them is in the same place as they were at the start of this program, and that is truly due to their own commitment and vision to what they're building. With programs, you only get as much out of it as you put in, and these founders put it all on the line. Thank you for trusting us to support your work, and welcome to the CIC (Cambridge Innovation Center) family. You're stuck with us now! Thank you to the Minority Business Development Agency - U.S. Department of Commerce's Capital Readiness Program for making this possible, and to Samantha Garcia for your partnership and vision running this alongside me. Shoutout to our graduates: Guivens Andre Sheila Phicil, MPH, MS, PMP, FACHE Peter Abosede Kelsey Oates Quinnie Lin, J.D / M.P.P Jeremy Chow Nicholas Chow Deanna DeFelice Rosemary Ajuka-LeCroy (we missed you today and need to photoshop you in!!).
Yay - congrats to this incredible crew 👏
Seeing my friend and client Sheila Phicil, MPH, MS, PMP, FACHE happy face in this group has me smiling. Congratulations to all of you. Now go punch holes in the dark!
