We had the best training session this week where we did a deep-dive into how I actually sorted my systems and processes for good. … All 400+ of them 😅 YES, it was time consuming, but what it has opened up for me on the other side is incredible. It has multiplied the power of delegation in my business. It has made it easier for my team to support me. It has made my business more scalable, future proofed it for growth, made everything easier to run, and dare I say… has freed up lots of my time. 💕 Sorting and improving my systems, processes and tasks was truly, truly worth it. Where there’s a buffet car, there’s an impromptu standing desk.  An inadvertent experiment. Today, I’m travelling from London to Munich by train.   Some people with short life expectancies decided to wander around the high-speed tracks my Eurostar to Brussels was delayed, so I missed my onward connection. Thanks to 𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗡𝗔𝗧 — Hop On The Next Available Train — I’m allowed to get onto the reservation-only Eurostar to Cologne without one. The only problem is there aren’t any available seats. But where there’s a buffet car, there’s an impromptu standing desk. So, it's business as usual in my mobile office, and an inadvertent experiment has potentially uncovered a new way of working on future trips. But there’s another challenge ahead. I’ve now also missed my Deutsche Bahn train to Munich and because it's 𝗢𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁, most trains heading that way are full. So, I’m stuck in Cologne for a couple of hours.  But since the sun is shining and the city is home to both my Compliance In The Wild hatmaker 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗹, and 𝗞𝗼̈𝗹𝘀𝗰𝗵, one of my favourite beers.
