☀️ Rise to Serve. 🙌 #HeardOnTheStreet Real scenario: Dealership sales volume is on a free fall. Turn over at an all time high. Morale is at an all time low. Dealer & GM: We like the solution you have presented. We just don’t feel it would be “plug and play”. We are going to pass for now. In my mind I think: Why do you keep buying “plug and play” solutions? Can’t you see that they are nothing more than Plug and PAY”? Can’t you see the “plug and play” solutions have done nothing to alleviate your issues? I proceed to exit the meeting keeping my thoughts to myself; but giving thanks to the gentlemen for their consideration. There is zero time to get discouraged. Instead, I renew my commitment to continue to develop the relationship until such a time when the gentlemen see me as a trusted resource/advisor. Moral of the story: Current times merit thourough analysis of “plug and play” solutions. Current times deserve more of a “roll up your sleeves and get down in the trenches” attitude. Current times require stick-to-it-iveness. Anything less won’t suffice. #AutomobileDealerships #Ford #Stellantis #GeneralMotors #Honda #DealershipBrandAmbassadorsbyZigSwift

Carter, owns a mobile auto repair company, and on the really booked months things were great, however, if sales slowed down even a little, everyone was getting paid but him. The reason, he really had no idea how to understand the numbers in his business so all he was focused on was increasing sales. He decided to take a chance, he decided to take us up on our 0 risk guarantee and thought, what the heck, I'll do it. In a short time, things started to change for him. He was doing more profitable work, getting more time for himself and had a hiring process that made finding key employees easy. He has an interesting story, one that has a lot of value if you watch it. Take the next step and head over to www.moreprofit.business https://lnkd.in/gytE8-W

Auto Sales Rise U.S. new vehicle sales picked up speed in May, as rising inventories pushed auto sellers into more aggressive deal-making, according to industry analysts. Data firm Cox Automotive noted final numbers won’t be compiled until all automakers have reported sales. But the May tally for unit sales, at around 1.4 million, was expected to top the prior month by 6.4% and beat April 2023 by 3.5%, putting the industry on track for nearly 15.9 million unit sales by year’s end. “The broader market has been showing signs of slowing as consumers throttle back on spending, but the new-vehicle market continues to hold up well,” Cox researchers said in a statement Tuesday. “Profitability is being squeezed, but sales volume continues to grow, keeping 2024 on track to be the best year for new-vehicle sales since 2019.” Cox analysts noted U.S. new-vehicle inventory was at 2.84 million units at the start of May, 51% above year-earlier levels and the highest number since late 2020. But prices “have barely budged compared to the same time in 2023,” while incentives are running “nearly twice the level seen a year ago.” The auto industry, a major user of industrial and retail space, has recently posted moderating sales as lingering high interest rates and other elevated living expenses keep many potential buyers on the sidelines. Cox analysts said May usually tops April for sales as nicer weather brings more shoppers to dealer lots, where they are offered ramped-up discounts during periods, including Memorial Day weekend. Major automakers posting U.S. sales boosts included Ford and Honda. Ford said Tuesday its May unit sales rose 11% from a year earlier with the help of strong demand for pickup trucks, SUVs and hybrid vehicles. American Honda said its May sales were up 14% from a year earlier and reported year-to-date 2024 sales rising 11% from the first five months of 2023.

🚗✨ **Unlocking Efficiency and Excellence: Why Auto Dealerships in California Should Outsource Entry-Level Staffing** ✨🚗 In the fast-paced world of auto dealerships, every interaction counts. The first impression often starts with entry-level positions like greeters, valets, drivers, porters, car washers, and janitors. These roles are crucial not just for operational flow, but also for enhancing customer experience. As service managers and directors, you might be juggling multiple responsibilities, making it challenging to focus on what truly matters—providing exceptional service and driving sales. Here’s why outsourcing your entry-level staffing can be a game-changer: 1. **Cost-Effectiveness**: Outsourcing can significantly reduce your overhead costs. By partnering with staffing agencies, you eliminate the burdens of recruiting, training, and managing entry-level employees, allowing you to allocate resources more strategically. 2. **Access to Talent**: Specialized staffing agencies have extensive networks and can quickly provide qualified candidates who fit your dealership's culture and operational needs. This means less downtime and a more efficient onboarding process. 3. **Focus on Core Operations**: With dedicated professionals managing your entry-level staffing, your team can concentrate on improving service quality and customer satisfaction, leading to increased sales and loyalty. 4. **Flexibility and Scalability**: The auto industry can be unpredictable, with peak seasons and fluctuating demand. Outsourcing allows you to scale your workforce up or down seamlessly, ensuring you have the right number of staff during busy times without the long-term commitment. 5. **Enhanced Professionalism**: By utilizing trained professionals for these roles, you ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for your customers, reinforcing your dealership’s reputation. In today’s competitive market, the efficiency of your operations can set you apart. Embrace the power of outsourcing for your entry-level staffing needs and watch your dealership thrive! Let’s connect and discuss how we can help you streamline your staffing and enhance your customer experience. 🚀 #AutoDealerships #StaffingSolutions #Outsourcing #CustomerExperience #CaliforniaDealersi www.lmdealersolutions.com
