Life, with its mix of personal, family, and work challenges, sometimes feels overwhelming. Last night, a simple reminder of the importance of resilience—and the equally vital need to let go and be vulnerable…some old friends letting me know they are always there… you know who you are. Writing here, sharing these snippets of life and business, is part of how I navigate these waters. As MSC grows, so too do the pressures. The changes we've implemented range from fundamental to cosmetic, each steering the business through both expected and surprising evolutions. I’m not the same person I was, and that’s the reality of growth and getting older. Some changes I welcome, others I’m trying learn how to accept. This platform has become a place for me to express, evolve, and hopefully, for you to understand the person I am. Back to the show—Day 3 promises more innovation and inspiration. #CrossTheDoor - Filling up batteries of inspiration ✨ Last week I had the luck of participating as #keynote speaker in the monthly women empowerment event of Gerresheimer, a global manufacturing multinational for drugs delivery systems in pharma, health and biotech. Was a great experience in first instance because of getting to know further their program #WETalk, to motivate further diversity in their communities. Well structured, focused and driven by a motivated and professional group of internal ambassadors like Beatriz Gracia Olivan, Carolin Martens and Katja Schnitzler. Thank you for the invitation. Very inspiring what your are doing, I got filled with ideas 💡 ! The virtual room was full of women and men from all over the world. A responsibility and, I have to admit it, at the same time a moment of personal growth and fun. ➡️ Responsibility because I value the time of the people that decided to spend it on this. ➡️  Growth because I take very seriously the preparation and I learn a lot along the way every time. ➡️   And fun because, once we start, that healthy previous tension disappears, and all becomes a nice conversation between people loving lifelong learning approach in life. Just pure pleasure 😊 I shared some stories of successes and failures; about the power of believes; about generosity; about the capacity to connect the dots and simplify; about the importance of honest constructive feedback; about belonging to a tribe and feel supported. All of them surrounded by one core idea: crossing new doors that open on your way. Because the real growth is on the other side of the door, the new, the unknown... and you will only discover it once you are there.
