    - Kick off workshops and training with management
    - Implementation of a plant organization, project tools, planning and follow-up procedures
    - Kick off workshops and training in the target area
    - Implementation in the target area

    Project set-up, training, coaching and support of a systematic problem solving project in a plant with the goal of reducing scrap significantly.

  • Development and Roll-out of a Train-the Trainer Program for Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement

    Development, project planning, roll-out (as part of the trainer team) and follow-up of a global train-the-trainer program for a company wide basic training on business excellence and continuous improvement.
