🔍 A bit of advice from the AI trenches -- quality wins every time. Feeling nostalgic this morning, thinking about all the AI projects we’ve worked on at AI Dev Lab. One thing we’ve learned—often the hard way—is this: Scaling fast without substance is a trap. Sure, it feels good to deploy quickly, but if it doesn’t solve the right problem, it’s just noise. The real magic? Focus on tailored solutions that prioritize impact over volume. Deploy AI where it matters most—not everywhere. A high-impact, custom tool will always outperform a cookie-cutter, mass-deployed one. Here are a few questions we’ve started asking ourselves (and maybe you should too): - Are we solving root problems or just symptoms? - Does this solution fit seamlessly into existing workflows? - Can we measure the value it delivers? - Is it designed to adapt and stay relevant over time? ✨ And honestly, this isn’t just about AI—it’s life. Now the first waves of #GenAI early adoption are over, how can we move from tactical approach to more strategic approaches? Many companies use GenAI for a wide range of problems, but focused solely on solving things in the short-term. Again, my only answers are #experimentation (testing, validation) and probably a dedicated person/team to concentrate efforts around practices. Investing time and money to generate long-term value is a must if you want to build foundations and scale. Primarily focus on people's needs instead of tech possibilities is the pathway. #AI
