We set clear goals, and I give them the space to hit those targets in their way. 3/ Small wins, big cheers We don’t wait for the massive milestones to be celebrated. A successful call, a clever solution, or even just helping a teammate out, are all reasons to cheer. 4/ Make feedback a habit We talk openly about what’s working and what’s not. It’s all about improving, not criticizing. 5/ Lead by example I don't just talk about commitment, I show it. If I’m asking my team to go the extra mile, I’m already there.
