As someone who has experienced the struggles of intention, thoughts, and lack of effort leading to potential failure, I have recognized the importance of identifying my work patterns. Previously, I would focus on having the right intentions, thoughts, and planning everything perfectly. However, being a former procrastinator, I often found it challenging to initiate and complete tasks. Through self-reflection, I realized that I needed to make some changes in my approach. This led me to redefine my objectives, start working even with a basic plan in place, and concentrate on the task at hand rather than seeking perfection from the start. With Monday approaching, it is essential to have your weekly agenda ready to begin the week with a clear purpose and determination. This reminder also serves as a note to myself to follow through with this mindset. #weekreflections #college #summerworkflow

My secret to weekly success and the power I gain from Planning Ahead. Every Sunday, in the midst of the blissful serendipity, I take pleasure in meticulously planning my goals and priorities before the week kicks off. For me, Planning is not just about writing down tasks and activities, but more about setting clear steps towards the goals ahead 😊 . From Work, to personal, to social activities and spiritual goals, I write everything down and allocate time to each task. By doing this, -my focus is laser sharp, -I have more clarity for each day and -I have more time to even spare and have more fun, and, -I am consistently advancing towards both my personal and professional growth. Being the first to confess that this practice is not something I swear to have been consistent about, I still try my best because it empowers me to be proactive, anticipate challenges, tackle them with grace, seize new opportunities and never miss celebrating my little wins along the way. Without my weekly schedule, I'm just like #Ironman without his #Ironmansuite. I can still get things done, but I'm not going to look cool doing it. It will help you move from inaction to action in a much more focused way... ✴️ Step 1: Write two lists side by side: One that lists all your current priorities in your work and personal life. Another that details all the things you do, and the demands that others place on you, that distract you from your priorities. ✴️ Step 2: Review your list of priorities: Rank your list of priorities in an order that reflects what matters to you most. As well as ranking each priority for alignment with your values, check it will also move you forward in your work and personal goals. ✴️ Step 3: Review your lists of distractions and identify things on the list that are in your control to change: 1. Identify the 3 most challenging distractions that exist on your second list. 2. Out of those 3 things, which 2 are the most important to be addressed today? 3.
