I saw this post recently and let me tell you out of the 40+ brands I’ve worked with, only 2 gave me the freedom to do whatever I wanted and spend however I thought was best for the brand. They weren’t careless with their money. They just trusted my ability. For one, I delivered a ROAS of 7. For the other, I took them from 0.4 ROAS to 3. This is what it means to trust the process and understand that not everything is about direct ROI or ROAS. Sometimes, it’s the work you put in towards the brand awareness, the consistency, and the trust you build with your audience that pays off in ways you can’t immediately measure. And it often happens when you least expect it.
