𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜'𝗺 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 (𝘈𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘪𝘹 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯!) 1. 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗮 - I am so thankful for Catia: the powerhouse behind my organized chaos - my assistant, marketing guru and organizer of all. 2. 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - I can't believe it has been 10 years since joining the amazing team at CPED - so thankful for this partnership! 3. 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀  – For making my network vibrant, inspiring, and full of people who tolerate my turkey-day humor. 4. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗠𝘂𝘁𝗲" 𝗕𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺 – For rescuing me from the background noises of life (and the occasional unfiltered comment). 5. 𝗧𝗼𝗺 𝗜𝘇𝘇𝗼, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 - Tom gives us something to look forward to after another miserable football season. 6. 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗲 – Thanks for making me look smarter, not redundant. 7. 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲 - Because nothing makes you appreciate face-to-face meetings (and an excuse to leave the house) like staring at Brady Bunch squares for hours. 8. 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 - For making everything look polished—whether it’s a client presentation or explaining to your kids why bedtime exists. 9. 𝗖𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 - The elixir that fuels brainstorming sessions and parent-teacher conferences with equal effectiveness. 10. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗻𝗴 - Always ready to energize a room, whether it's a board meeting, a family road trip, or rallying the kids to clean up their Legos.
