9moThis is the one I struggle with the most: "Identify the ecosystem of attention of your ideal clients." A lot of my clients are referred by title companies and realtors, so I continue fostering those relationships. However, a significant number of clients had no idea who to contact, so they "googled" what they were looking for and hoped for the best.
