This is the one I struggle with the most: "Identify the ecosystem of attention of your ideal clients." A lot of my clients are referred by title companies and realtors, so I continue fostering those relationships. However, a significant number of clients had no idea who to contact, so they "googled" what they were looking for and hoped for the best. Finding better ways to engage these clients is a challenge, but a worthwhile challenge at that! Thank you for sharing, Jay!
