There have been times when work has been overpressing : ✔️Early flights ✔️Sleep schedules gone for a toss. ✔️Pitch decks, stringent timelines to meet. ✔️Endless meetings, client calls and strategies. ✔️Upskilling and reskilling like no-one’s business . I have been there, Done that It is true that as working professionals, We get so engrossed sometimes That we lose sense of time. While working hard is super important in the early years of your career, You must know when to let go! Remind yourself where you started, How far you’ve come. Think about what keeps you going! Zoom out and do these instead: ✔️Shift your focus from to-do’s to top 3 tasks to complete in your work day. ✔️Reserve 1 day in a week to take time out for yourself and your hobby. ✔️Travel with your loved ones and get creative ideas . ✔️Compare only with yourself, not with your peers. ✔️Stay close to your network, check on them . ✔️Spread kindness and positivity. ✔️Read as much as possible. ✔️Time block for exercise. ✅Don’t treat work as your sole mantra Earn to live better, not the other way around!
