Today marks 3 months since I came back to Conifer as an internal recruiter. 🎉
When I was a super green 3rd party RPO recruiter for Conifer, I celebrated processing 100 offers by 6 months.
Since coming back I have been able to process over 100 offers in half the time! Without the tenure and experience with Conifer, there would have been much more of a learning curve.
This is why tenure is important not only to empolyers but also to YOU as the empolyee. Your intial metrics only improve as you become more familar and efficent with your company. 👏

I am so thrilled to have won Employee of the month this May. More so because it demonstrates that working remotely does not mean that you go un-noticed byt he wider team.
Here at Rutherford Briant Recruitment, the Employee of the Month is voted for by their peers and I received so many lovely nominations that mentioned the words "supportive", "leading by example" and "positive influence", which only demonstrates to me that you can still have a huge impact and presence within the office - even if you do work remotely.
When I first found out that I would have to move up North for a period of time (army wife), my first instinct was panic. I did not want to leave my job, I love where I work and I did not want to have that awful conversation with my boss or my team. However, my MD, Toby Briant once said to me that "our only limitation is our imagination". Not only did that phrase stick with me, but we have lived by those words and have "made it happen".
With that ethos in mind, they took a chance on me working fully remote and with the support and regular guidance of Toby Briant, Amanda Sainter and the whole of the Rutherford Briant Recruitment team, I still feel like an integral part of the business and can truly thrive in my role. We have just learned to do things differently.

The job market simply sucks right now, but that is not the case for each employer or here at Ziegler.
I was able to extend over 10 offers this week! 4 of those applicants had been impacted by lay-offs or reduced work schedules. I could tell some of those applicants simply felt defeated by what had happed to them or they had not interviewed in years, as their nerves took over in the interview.
The thing is they are all human. Maybe their skills and abilities did not come across the best on their resume or in their interview, but ultimately, we saw their potential and they also saw potential in Ziegler. We are so exited for what all of them can bring to team Ziegler! Cheers to the new hires we will soon have at #teamziegler!
