Last week at MWC Las Vegas, I had the pleasure of joining David L Cohen, Head of IoT Sales, Automotive at T-Mobile, and James Peters, Executive Director of Global Connected Services at GM, on a dynamic panel moderated by Stephen Bell, Chief Analyst – Automotive Connectivity at Inform Tech. We discussed the shift towards B2B2C strategies for OEMs, as #SoftwareDefinedVehicles push OEMs to own the customer experience, unlocking data insights and new revenue opportunities.
