📢 Stepping into the Role of CPCO: A New Chapter
I’m thrilled to share that I’m officially stepping into the role of Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) at Forga. 🚀
Shifting from Creative to HR might seem unexpected, but I’ve never been one to stick to the obvious path. This is my second career pivot, and it feels like the right move at exactly the right time. ✨
It wasn’t a sudden leap.
As Forga grew, I naturally found myself leaning into this space. It’s something I’ve been passionate about for a while—just didn’t quite know how to define it until now.
What’s changing?
Not much.
I’ll still be doing what I love: communicating, solving problems, and, yes, dragging people into workshops 😄.
Creativity?
Still at the core.
Now, I’m channeling it into building a culture where challenges are embraced, resilience grows, and collaboration thrives. 🌱
But that’s just my take. Culture is a team sport, and I’m here to shape it with all of you, Forgatians. 💪
So, let me be officially CPCO for a while. I’ll keep refining the vision and maybe even practice my creative writing while I’m at it. 😅
Let’s design a new meaning.

4moCongratulations Jade. Good luck. It's a brilliant office. I presented to the board there 20 years ago, straight out of uni.
