I’m still surprised when I hear clients say they just aren’t good at executive or leadership presence. When pressed, folks site that others in the room have a stronger personality or more commanding voice (read louder). They site their own vulnerability and empathy as detriments to being seen as a leader. True leaders are the people who see the direction that is needed, and align the team’s action in that direction. The leaders who get the best results over time are the ones who do it with love, compassion, vulnerability and humanity. #leadership #transformativeleadership
