Vice President, Human Resources at Biotechnology Innovation Organization

As a VP of HR and a mother of four, I know firsthand the importance of workplace flexibility. This Women's Health Month, I'm reflecting on the challenges and triumphs of balancing career and family. Today, that means working from home with my sick toddler on my lap. Flexibility isn't just a perk—it's a necessity for many working parents, especially mothers. It allows us to be present for our families while continuing to contribute our expertise and leadership in the workplace. I challenge you to reflect on how your organization supports working parents. Are your policies truly enabling work-life integration? To the working mothers out there: You're not alone. Your resilience, multitasking skills, and dedication are seen and valued. Let's continue to advocate for workplace cultures that empower all employees to thrive both professionally and personally. #WomensHealthMonth #WorkingMoms #WorkplaceFlexibility #HR #Leadership
