Please note that complexity (for example) ought not to be identified as an issue that affects women more than men …which may not be what was intended here, but it’s how it comes across. Complexity in Government contracts affects ALL applicants . Let us talk about the issues that affect women owned businesses uniquely and be careful specific and intentional about how we speak about this important issue #unwomen
