GRPP is a top priority

🌟 Our Founder and Managing Director, Gabriela González, is part of the United Nations Women and ITC Global Campaign on Gender-Responsive Public Procurement, along with women business owners from around the world! 🌟 Research from the International Trade Centre reveals that public procurement accounts for 10-15% of GDP in developed countries and up to 40% in developing countries. Despite the enormous opportunities this represents for small businesses, only 1% of government contracts go to women-owned businesses, even though women own one in three firms globally. Women-owned businesses, often smaller, face unique challenges when bidding for government contracts. At DTC Digital Transformation, we believe in highlighting these challenges and celebrating the successes. Winning government bids since our first year of operations in 2018 was a pivotal moment for us, giving our company significant visibility and growth. We stand by this global campaign to give visibility to the barriers women-owned businesses face and to celebrate their achievements.
