As you might already know I am loyal supporter of the Brisbane Broncos since the early '90s. Like 100,000’s of others, I've witnessed the exhilarating highs of the 90s and 2000’s and just last year, the challenging lows, and every year in between, that come with being part of such a storied club. This season, despite all of OUR collective expectations, it didn’t unfold with a finals finish. However, I firmly believe that it’s in these challenging moments where true character and resilience are forged. The cartoon by Brett Lethbridge in today’s Sunday Mail while humourous, captures a moment of reflection that resonates deeply—not just for our players and coaches, but it should be for all of us who stand by this club. It’s easy to be disappointed when things don’t go our way, especially after the high of last year’s grand final. Yet, I choose to focus on the positives: the moments of joy, the lessons we've learned, the growth we've experienced, and the unwavering passion that continues to drive every member of the Broncos community. In both sports and life, success is rarely a straight line. It’s about how we adapt, learn, and come back stronger. I have no doubt that our team will use this season as an opportunity to reflect, regroup, and refocus on what it takes to climb back to the top. Let’s continue to support our team whether it be your family, friends or colleagues—not only in moments of triumph but also when our resolve is tested. After all, it’s resilience that separates the good from the great, and I firmly believe the Brisbane Broncos are destined for greatness. 📈 Skiing fast, doing tricks and floating through the anti-gravity zones at Kimbo Sessions gives you some pretty intense feelings. It's bumpy, floaty, hectic, calm, cruisey, vibey, wavey, scary, and stressful all at once. I never experienced having to ski that fast just to cruise through some “chill” park features before. Skiing the Kimbo Sessions park is almost its own genre of skiing that I haven't experienced anywhere else. 💆♀️ It's impossible to describe the feelings it gives me with words, which is why I'm so psyched to present this edit. B-mack x Kimbo is a traditional park edit with a modern take, portraying the overwhelming feelings I get cruising fast through the Kimbo sessions park doing my favorite tricks. Big props to Espen Bølum Thomassen for making magic behind the camera and editing board, translating this sea of emotions into visual art. And Big props to Kim Boberg for putting on such an epic event, can't wait for this year's. 😬 #kimbosessions
