Exploring the Future of Food!     SGProtein’s co-founders Dr. Riccarda Zuellig and Dominique Kull embarked on a fascinating journey, peaking into the future of food presented by Synthesis with its 'Menu 2034’ Event. They explored  two possible future scenarios:    1. The Resilient Adaptation🌍:  Envisioning a world too slow to react to climate change. We adapt by using technology to create new foods and replicate the flavors of diminishing ingredients. The likelihood of this scenario was estimated at 62.2%.    2. The Radical Transformation🌱: Imagining a world where we collaborate to protect and savor nature, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and minimize waste. The likelihood of this scenario was estimated at 37.4%.    At SGProtein, we are already working on making the food system more sustainable today by helping companies scale their plant-based food solutions.
