Really good stuff for small operators! We will help your operation be safer, without all the "Safety Mumble Jumble" and equip you to be a better leader. Our Part 135 Committee is hosting a Demystifying The Airport Runway Analysis session on Tuesday, from 11:00 am to noon in room W213. You might think you know about performance, but these folks continue teaching me new things! The is a lot of misunderstanding about aircraft performance and this session will help clarify what we should know. Then our Training Working Group is leading The 3 C's of Training - Changes, Clarifications, and Conversations. This is an opportunity to hear from industry training experts on where our industry has been, where we currently stand, and what the future holds for training. Questions about "Progressive Checks", and "Circling Approaches" will be address along with an opportunity to ask questions. This session meets Tuesday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm in room W231.

If you are an airline, you are expected to be perfect, on time, have fool proof SOPs, tidy crafts and clean and organized cabins, a staff that can really take care of travellers during their in flight experience, and a loyalty program that can create a need to come back fast. All this to give a WOW experience ! Imagine with all this as a given, you put wrong untrained pilots on your key sectors. Clarity of purpose must supercede behaviour in appointing the resources against the roles.
